Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider (the “Company”) and users with respect to the use of the journal and recording service provided by Diarly (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Service Content)

Article 3 (Account and User Management)

Users may create an account using an email address and password, and may delete their account at any time. Upon account deletion, a 30-day recovery grace period applies; after the grace period, all data is permanently deleted.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

The copyright of records uploaded by users belongs to the user; the Company stores and processes such records only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Company may change service content or suspend the Service in part or in whole to maintain and improve service quality, with prior notice for material changes.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, user fault, or unlawful acts of third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI analysis results.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute related to use of the Service, the court of first instance under the Korean Civil Procedure Act shall have jurisdiction.
